Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Doherty Spartans (Colorado Springs, CO) and the host Columbine Rebels (Littleton, CO), saw Doherty's basketball squad wallop Columbine by a tally of 51-24.

With the victory, Doherty improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO) to confront the Kadets in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. The Kadets come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Rebels confront the Valor Christian Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Columbine will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
