The Celtics now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Covenant for a battle on Monday, January 9. Roanoke Catholic will battle a Gryphons team coming off a 59-48 non-league win over Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA). The Gryphons record now stands at 3-3.
The Chiefs (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Westover Christian Academy dropped by Lynchburg HomeSchool (Lynchburg, VA), 56-29, in a non-league battle.
