Highland Huskies (Highland, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host New Paltz Huguenots (New Paltz, NY), 41-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Highland upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Huskies host Rhinebeck (Rhinebeck, NY) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Rhinebeck won 28-25 in their recent non-league bout against Dover (Dover Plains, NY)

Next up, the Huguenots play the Red Hook Raiders (Red Hook, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. New Paltz will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
