Next, the Eagles confront the Gulf Buccaneers (New Port Richey, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 6. Springstead will attempt to better on its 11-2 season record. The Buccaneers enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Sunlake (Land O' Lakes, FL).

The Knights now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Belleview for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 17. Vanguard will confront a Rattlers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to West Port (Ocala, FL). The Rattlers record now stands at 2-3.
