The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Apollo Hawks (Glendale, AZ) and the host Thunderbird Titans (Phoenix, AZ), saw Apollo's soccer squad knock off Thunderbird by a margin of 6-4.
The Hawks now sport a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sunnyslope for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 10. Apollo will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Vikings record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Thunderbird drops to 2-2 on the season. The Titans host Coconino (Flagstaff, AZ) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Friday, January 6. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-6. Coconino lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Mohave (Bullhead City, AZ)
