Carter Lions (Rialto, CA) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Grand Terrace Titans (Grand Terrace, CA), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Fontana Steelers (Fontana, CA) in a Sunkist challenge, on Friday, January 6. Carter will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Steelers enter the challenge with a 10-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Arroyo Valley (San Bernardino, CA).
The Titans now have a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Rim of the World for a Skyline challenge on Friday, January 6. Grand Terrace will confront a Fighting Scots team coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Eisenhower (Rialto, CA). The Fighting Scots record now stands at 4-7.
