The Battiest Panthers basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Watts Engineers to 44 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Panthers now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oaks-Mission for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Battiest will meet a Warriors team coming off a 65-49 non-league win over Webbers Falls (Webbers Falls, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 7-3.
The Engineers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Webbers Falls (Webbers Falls, OK). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Webbers Falls was routed by Oaks-Mission (Oaks, OK), 65-49, in a non-league contest.
