New Jersey High School Basketball - Holy Cross overwhelms Burlington City

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Holy Cross Lancers (Delran, NJ) and the visiting Burlington City Blue Devils (Burlington, NJ), saw Holy Cross's basketball squad wallop Burlington City by a tally of 59-28.

With the victory, Holy Cross improves its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Cinnaminson (Cinnaminson, NJ) to confront the Pirates in a Burlco - Liberty challenge on Friday, January 5. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Cinnaminson won 86-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Bordentown (Bordentown, NJ)

Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Bordentown Scotties (Bordentown, NJ) in a Burlco - Patriot challenge, on Friday, January 5. Burlington City will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Scotties come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 86-36 non-league loss to Cinnaminson (Cinnaminson, NJ).
