With the victory, Calhoun improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, IL) to play the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 4-9.

Next up, the Indians play the Illini West Chargers (Carthage, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. Seymour will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 55-33 non-league win over Barry Western (Barry, IL).
