The Central Holmes Christian Trojans basketball team (Lexington, MS), dropped 63-45 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Winona Christian Stars (Winona, MS)
The Stars now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carroll Academy for a MAIS 4A District 3 battle on Friday, January 5. Winona Christian will battle a Rebels team coming off a 75-68 non-league loss to Central Holmes Christian (Lexington, MS). The Rebels record now stands at 0-5.
The Trojans (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Manchester Academy (Yazoo City, MS). The Mavericks come into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Manchester Academy dropped by Park Place Christian Academy (Pearl, MS), 78-42, in a non-league battle.
