In Thursday's non-league match, the host Walton Raiders basketball team scored a good 65-51 triumph over the Duluth Wildcats.
In their next game, the Raiders meet the Lassiter Trojans (Marietta, GA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 6. Walton will attempt to move on its 12-2 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 12-4 record after their 50-39 league win over Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA).
