The Guthrie Bluejays basketball team scored 85 points and held the host Duncan Demons to 42 in the Bluejays non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bluejays now sport a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piedmont for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Guthrie will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 94-28 non-league win over Grant (Oklahoma City, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-1.
The Demons (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Grant (Oklahoma City, OK). The Generals enter the non-league contest with a 0-10 record. In their last contest, Grant was routed by Piedmont (Piedmont, OK), 94-28, in a non-league contest.
