Alabama High School Basketball - Holly Pond knocked off by Fairview

The Fairview Aggies basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Holly Pond Broncos to 38 in the Aggies non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Aggies now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Fairview will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 81-17 league win over Ardmore (Ardmore, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 16-4.

The Broncos (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against West End (Walnut Grove, AL). The Patriots enter the 2A Area 13 contest with a 0-14 record. In their last contest, West End was defeated by Asbury (Albertville, AL), 52-19, in a non-league contest.
