The Titans enter the game with a 7-8 record after their 69-65 non-league loss to Mansfield (Mansfield, LA).

With the defeat, Pickering moves to 13-6 on the year. The Red devils travel to Leesville (Leesville, LA) to clash with the Wampus Cats in a non-league outing on Monday, January 8. The Wampus Cats go into the outing with a record of 10-9. Leesville lost 56-32 in their recent non-league outing against Anacoco (Anacoco, LA)
