Pullman Greyhounds (Pullman, WA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Lakeside Eagles (Nine Mile Falls, WA), 60-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Pullman upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to East Valley (Spokane, WA) to play the Knights in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 3-7. East Valley won 51-49 in their recent non-league bout against Medical Lake (Medical Lake, WA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Deer Park Stags (Deer Park, WA) in a 1A Northeast bout, on Saturday, January 6. Lakeside will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Stags come into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 63-17 league loss to Freeman (Rockford, WA).
