Legacy Christian Academy Lions (Andover, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad wallop the visiting Rochester STEM Academy (Rochester, MN), 94-49 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, Legacy Christian Academy improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Lions host Mora (Mora, MN) to confront the Mustangs in a AA Section 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Mora won 62-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Pierz (Pierz, MN)

Next up, the confront the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf Trojans (Faribault, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. Rochester STEM Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 41-23 non-league loss to Kansas School for the Deaf (Olathe, KS).
