The McLaughlin Mustangs (McLaughlin, SD) basketball felled the host Stanley County Buffalos (Fort Pierre, SD), 66-54 in Thursday's league test.

The Mustangs (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Crow Creek (Stephan, SD). The Chieftains go into the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Crow Creek went down by Omaha Nation (Macy, NE), 72-66, in a non-league test.
