Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado (Paducah, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Union County Braves (Morganfield, KY), 68-61 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Paducah Tilghman upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Blue Tornado travel to Graves County (Mayfield, KY) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-3. Graves County won 49-39 in their recent league bout against Mayfield (Mayfield, KY)

Next up, the Braves clash with the Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons (Madisonville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Union County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record.
