Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks (Marysville, WA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Everett Seagulls (Everett, WA), 57-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Marysville-Pilchuck upgrades its record to 1-9 on the season. The Tomahawks travel to Meadowdale (Lynnwood, WA) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Friday, January 12. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 8-3.

Next up, the Seagulls play the Stanwood Spartans (Stanwood, WA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 8. Everett will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 72-25 non-league win over Monroe (Monroe, WA).
