Michigan High School Basketball - Brown City can't hold off Lakeville

The Lakeville Falcons basketball team scored 29 points and restricted the host Brown City Green Devils to 28 in the Falcons non-league victory on Thursday.
The Falcons now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Lothrop for a Mid-Michigan contest on Friday, January 5. Lakeville will battle a Hornets team coming off a 40-34 non-league loss to Fowler (Fowler, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 4-2.
The Green Devils (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Carsonville-Port Sanilac (Carsonville, MI). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Carsonville-Port Sanilac was nudged by Caseville (Caseville, MI), 30-20, in a league contest.
