Lincoln Fighting Zebras (Lincoln, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Center Cougars (Antelope, CA), 73-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lincoln upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Fighting Zebras host Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA) to clash with the Miners in a Foothill Valley bout on Wednesday, January 10. The Miners go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Nevada Union lost 47-17 in their recent non-league bout against Union Mine (El Dorado, CA)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Marysville Indians (Marysville, CA) in a Pioneer Valley League bout, on Friday, January 5. Center will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 9-3 record after their 55-26 league win over Sutter (Sutter, CA).
