The Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders basketball team scored 46 points and held the host IKM/Manning Wolves to 17 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Crusaders now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glidden-Ralston for a Rolling Valley contest on Friday, January 5. Coon Rapids-Bayard will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 77-37 league loss to CAM (Anita, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-6.

The Wolves (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Underwood (Underwood, IA). The Eagles enter the Western Iowa contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Underwood was routed by Treynor (Treynor, IA), 64-20, in a league contest.
