Crowder Demons (Crowder, OK) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Mason Eagles (Mason, OK), 34-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Crowder upgrades its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Demons travel to Weleetka (Weleetka, OK) to play the Outlaws in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Outlaws come into the bout with a record of 6-2. Weleetka won 54-11 in their recent league bout against Butner (Cromwell, OK)

Next up, the Eagles play the Wright Christian Wildcats (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. Mason will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 61-22 non-league win over Hanna (Hanna, OK).
