In Thursday's non-league game, the Port Isabel Tarpons (Port Isabel, TX) soccer squad tipped the host Pace Vikings (Brownsville, TX), by a count of 2-1.
The Tarpons (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Lyford (Lyford, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Lyford was nudged by Vanguard Academy Rembrandt (Pharr, TX), 4-1, in a non-league game.
