Galway Golden Eagles (Galway, NY) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Argyle Scots (Argyle, NY), 37-29 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Galway upgrades its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles travel to Northville (Northville, NY) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 1-1. Northville won 50-41 in their recent non-league bout against Middleburgh (Middleburgh, NY)
Next up, the Scots play the Lake George Lakers (Lake George, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Argyle will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
