Arundel Wildcats (Gambrills, MD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Chesapeake Bay Hawks (Baltimore, MD), 67-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Arundel upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Meade (Fort Meade, MD) to play the Mustangs in a bout on Thursday, January 11. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 7-2.

Next up, the Bay Hawks play the Eastern Tech Mavericks (Baltimore, MD) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Chesapeake will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Mavericks go into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 62-43 league loss to New Town (Owings Mills, MD).
