The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the West Monroe Rebels (West Monroe, LA) and the host Ouachita Parish Lions (Monroe, LA), saw West Monroe's soccer squad get by Ouachita Parish by a margin of 2-1.
The Rebels now sport a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Pineville for a Division I District 2 test on Tuesday, January 9.
With the loss, Ouachita Parish drops to 10-4 on the season. The Lions travel to Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, January 6. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-0.
