The Annapolis Cougars basketball squad (Dearborn Heights, MI), was crushed 64-24 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host St. Mary Catholic Central Falcons/Kestrels (Monroe, MI)
With the victory, St. Mary Catholic Central advances its record to 4-2 on the year. The Falcons/Kestrels host Milan (Milan, MI) to meet the Big Reds in a Huron battle on Friday, January 10. The Big Reds enter the battle with a record of 4-4.
The Cougars now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thurston for a Western Wayne battle on Tuesday, January 7. Annapolis will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 45-38 non-league win over Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 6-3.
