Minnesota High School Basketball - Blake holds off Denfeld

The Blake Bears basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Denfeld Hunters to 66 in the Bears non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bears now have a 8-0 record. They play next when they host Breck for a AA Section 5 game on Tuesday, January 7. Blake will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 95-75 non-league loss to Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, Denfeld falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Hunters travel to Proctor (Proctor, MN) to confront the Rails in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. The Rails go into the game with a record of 6-6. Proctor lost 51-47 in their recent non-league game against Marshall (Duluth, MN)
