Oregon High School Basketball - Stanfield knocks off Blanchet Catholic

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Stanfield Tigers basketball team scored a good 64-48 win over the Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers.
The Tigers (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Umatilla (Umatilla, OR). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Umatilla was topped by Mannahouse Christian Academy (Eugene, OR), 53-45, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cavaliers battle the Taft Tigers (Lincoln City, OR) in a 3A PacWest contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Blanchet Catholic will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 8-3 record after their 65-49 non-league win over Junction City (Junction City, OR).
