Ohio High School Basketball - Buchtel knocks off Dunbar

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Buchtel Griffins (Akron, OH) and the host Dunbar Wolverines (Dayton, OH), observed Buchtel's basketball team overcome Dunbar by a score of 76-65.

The Griffins (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Garfield Community Learning Center (Akron, OH). The Golden Rams come into the Akron City challenge with a 7-2 record.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Thurgood Marshall Cougars (Dayton, OH) in a Dayton Public challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Dunbar will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 56-50 non-league loss to Westland (Galloway, OH).
