The Caledonia Warriors basketball team scored 82 points and limited the host Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs to 58 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Warriors now have a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to St. Charles for a AA Section 1 game on Tuesday, January 7. Caledonia will confront a Fighting Saints team coming off a 70-67 league loss to Pine Island (Pine Island, MN). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 10-2.

With the loss, Maranatha Christian Academy falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs host La Crescent (La Crescent, MN) to confront the Lancers in a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. The Lancers go into the game with a record of 3-5. La Crescent won 56-39 in their recent non-league game against Spring Grove (Spring Grove, MN)
