The Cathedral Prep Ramblers were victorious over the host North East Grape Pickers basketball squad by a final score of 59-47 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Ramblers clash with the McDowell Trojans (Erie, PA) in a District 10 Region 7 outing, on Wednesday, January 8. Cathedral Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 7-5 season record. The Trojans enter the outing with a 9-2 record after their 66-31 non-league win over Fairview (Fairview, PA).

The Grape Pickers (2-6) will now prepare for their outing against General McLane (Edinboro, PA). The Lancers enter the non-league outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, General McLane was defeated by Grove City (Grove City, PA), 50-38, in a non-league outing.
