Minnesota High School Basketball - Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier victorious over Maple River

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier Rangers basketball team scored a good 57-39 triumph over the Maple River Eagles.
The Rangers (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Oakes (Oakes, ND). The Tornadoes go into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Oakes topped Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter (Napoleon, ND), 76-45, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers (New Ulm, MN) in a AA Section 2 contest, on Friday, January 10. Maple River will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Chargers go into the contest with a 6-4 record after their 74-66 non-league win over Loyola/Kato/Mankato Christian Academy (Mankato, MN).
