The Legacy Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Granada Hills Charter Highlanders to 48 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions now have a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to Palisades for a non-league game on Saturday, January 11.

With the loss, Granada Hills Charter falls to 10-6 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Birmingham (Lake Balboa, CA) to confront the Patriots in a West Valley game on Wednesday, January 8. The Patriots go into the game with a record of 7-8. Birmingham won 97-34 in their recent non-league game against Palmdale (Palmdale, CA)
