In Saturday's league test, the Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA), by a score of 76-53.
Next, the Lions encounter the Sedro-Woolley Cubs (Sedro-Woolley, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test, on Wednesday, January 8. Lynden will attempt to improve on its 9-0 season record. The Cubs come into the test with a 4-3 record after their 75-63 non-league loss to Everett (Everett, WA).
