The Platteville Hillmen basketball team scored 73 points and limited the visiting New Glarus Glarner Knights to 68 in the Hillmen non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hillmen now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Darlington for a non-league game on Monday, January 6.

With the loss, New Glarus falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Glarner knights host Lakeside Lutheran (Lake Mills, WI) to play the Warriors in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 6-1. Lakeside Lutheran won 67-59 in their recent non-league game against Edgewood (Madison, WI)
