The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Wachusett Regional Mountaineers (Holden, MA) and the visiting New Mission Titans (Boston, MA), observed Wachusett Regional's basketball team overwhelm New Mission by a score of 63-30.

The Mountaineers (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury, MA). The Colonials come into the Midland-Wachusett A challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Shrewsbury was routed by Algonquin Regional (Northborough, MA), 66-50, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Titans encounter the Boston English Eagles (Boston, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 9. New Mission will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
