Illinois High School Basketball - Northridge triumphant over St. Edward

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Northridge Knights (Niles, IL) and the host St. Edward Green Wave (Elgin, IL), observed Northridge's basketball team overwhelm St. Edward by a margin of 78-45.
The Knights (11-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Latin (Chicago, IL). The Romans come into the Independent School challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Latin was trounced by Schaumburg Christian (Schaumburg, IL), 75-56, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Green Wave battle the Montini Catholic Broncos (Lombard, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 8. St. Edward will attempt to better on its 6-9 season record.
