The Sherman Tide basketball squad (Seth, WV), was crushed 58-37 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Scott Skyhawks (Madison, WV)

With the victory, Scott advances its record to 4-4 on the year. The Skyhawks host Poca (Poca, WV) to meet the The Dots in a Cardinal battle on Thursday, January 9. The The Dots enter the battle with a record of 1-5. Poca won 65-64 in their recent non-league battle against Buffalo (Buffalo, WV)
