Ohio High School Basketball - Springfield trounced by Tuslaw

Tuslaw Mustangs (Massillon, OH) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Springfield Spartans (Akron, OH), 59-37 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Tuslaw advances its record to 4-4 on the year. The Mustangs host Crestline (Crestline, OH) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 4-5. Crestline won 46-42 in their recent league match against Lucas (Lucas, OH)

The Spartans now own a 0-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodridge for a Metro match on Tuesday, January 7. Springfield will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 83-51 non-league loss to Tallmadge (Tallmadge, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.
