Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights (Washington, DC) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Anacostia Indians (Washington, DC), 53-44 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Friendship Collegiate Academy upgrades its record to 4-8 on the year. The Knights host Friendship Tech Prep Academy (Washington, DC) to face the Titans in a PCSAA match on Tuesday, January 7. The Titans enter the match with a record of 1-4.
The Indians now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bard for a DCIAA match on Monday, January 6. Anacostia will face a Falcons squad coming off a 40-22 league loss to Woodson (Washington, DC). The Falcons record now stands at 0-4.
