Next, the Bears encounter the McMinn County Cherokees (Athens, TN) in a non-league test, on Monday, January 6. Bradley Central will attempt to improve on its 15-0 season record. The Cherokees come into the test with a 5-10 record after their 72-48 non-league loss to Floyd Central (Eastern, KY).

The Trojans (16-7) will now prepare for their test against Mae Jemison (Huntsville, AL). The Jaguars come into the 6A Area 16 test with a 10-11 record. In their last test, Mae Jemison was routed by Austin (Decatur, AL), 60-49, in a non-league test.
