The Junction City Tigers were victorious over the visiting Caldera basketball squad by a final score of 50-40 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next, the Tigers face the Marshfield Pirates (Coos Bay, OR) in a 4A Sky Em outing, on Tuesday, January 7. Junction City will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Pirates enter the outing with a 5-5 record after their 52-45 non-league win over Brookings-Harbor (Brookings, OR).
The (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Crook County (Prineville, OR). The Cowboys enter the non-league outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Crook County was dropped by Baker (Baker City, OR), 50-31, in a non-league outing.
