California High School Basketball - Canyon overwhelmed by St. Mary's Academy

In Saturday's non-league test, the St. Mary's Academy Belles (Inglewood, CA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA), by a final score of 61-31.
Next, the Belles clash with the La Salle Lancers (Pasadena, CA) in a Del Rey test, on Tuesday, January 7. St. Mary's Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 16-2 record after their 48-39 non-league win over Bonita (La Verne, CA).
The Comanches (10-8) will now prepare for their test against Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA). The Lancers come into the Century test with a 14-7 record. In their last test, Sunny Hills was overwhelmed by El Dorado (Placentia, CA), 65-36, in a league test.
