The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC) and the host Valor Christian Lions (Alpharetta, GA), observed Legion Collegiate Academy's basketball team overcome Valor Christian by a score of 55-37.
The Lancers (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Zion Prep Academy Blue (Lanham, MD). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 13-3 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Zion Prep Academy Blue defeated Wilson (Florence, SC), 48-33, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Fideles Christian Rangers (Cumming, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Valor Christian will attempt to improve on its 13-2 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 55-31 non-league loss to The King's Academy (Woodstock, GA).
