California High School Basketball - Mission College Prep triumphant over Mission Oak

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mission College Prep Royals (San Luis Obispo, CA) and the visiting Mission Oak Hawks (Tulare, CA), observed Mission College Prep's basketball team overwhelm Mission Oak by a score of 58-35.

The Royals (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Santa Ynez (Santa Ynez, CA). The Pirates come into the non-league challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Santa Ynez trounced Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA), 45-26, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Immanuel Eagles (Reedley, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Mission Oak will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 11-4 record after their 64-13 non-league win over Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA).
