In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Mt. Pleasant Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Pine Tree Pirates.
The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against South Garland (Garland, TX). The Titans go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, South Garland got by Irving (Irving, TX), 4-2, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Pirates play the Lindale Eagles (Lindale, TX) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, January 9. Pine Tree will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 1-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Mabank (Mabank, TX).
