Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Divine Child holds off South Lyon

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Divine Child Falcons ice hockey team scored a close 4-3 victory over the South Lyon Lions.
The Falcons (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against Carlson (Gibraltar, MI). The Marauders go into the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Carlson edged Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI), 5-4, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Lions play the Christian Eagles (Grand Rapids, MI) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 10. South Lyon will attempt to better on its 5-11 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 5-5 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Escanaba (Escanaba, MI).
