The Traverse City Central Trojans edged the host St. Francis Gladiators ice hockey squad by a tally of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league match.
Next, the Trojans clash with the Cadillac Vikings (Cadillac, MI) in a Great Northern match, on Wednesday, January 8. Traverse City Central will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record.
The Gladiators (5-6) will now prepare for their match against Allen Park (Allen Park, MI). The Jaguars enter the non-league match with a 2-13 record. In their last match, Allen Park was edged by University Liggett (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI), 5-0, in a non-league match.
